Msc Course on tools for the sustainable management of waste water

LEQUIA organizes the course “Tools for the sustainable management of waste water” within the framework of the EU project Ecotech-Sudoe (www.ecotechsudoe.eu). Classes will be given from 5 to 7th November at the Faculty of Sciences of UdG.

LEQUIA organizes the course “Tools for the sustainable management of waste water” within the framework of the EU project Ecotech-Sudoe (www.ecotechsudoe.eu). Classes will be given from 5 to 7th November at the Faculty of Sciences of UdG.

The program, which includes a practical session, is focused on the application of several methodologies and analytical tools applied to wastewater treatment, such as data mining, multicriteria decision analysis or life cycle assessment. The speakers are Dr. Natasa Atanasova (University of Algarve, Portugal), Dr. Philipe Roux (Irstea, France), Dr. Xavier Flores-Alsina (University of Lund, Sweden), Dr. Miquel Sánchez-Marrè (UPC, Catalonia-Spain), and LEQUIA professors and researchers Manel Garrido, Dr. Joaquim Comas and Dr. Miquel Rigola.
