Next 6th November 50 European water professionals and researchers will meet at LEQUIA installations at the UdG Science and Technology Park. The activity is part of a set of site visits programmed by the second conference of the European Innovation Partnership on Water (EIP Water), to be held on 5 and 6th November in Barcelona.
Implemented in May 2013, EIP Water is aimed at initiating and promoting collaborative processes for change and innovation in the water sector across the public and private sector, non-governmental organisations and the general public. This is mainly done via the establishment of its Action Groups: 25 focused communities to develop, test, validate, disseminate and stimulate the introduction of innovative water solutions into the market. LEQUIA is involved in two of these Action Groups: AG132 RESEWAM-O (Remote sensing for water management optimization), led by University of Valencia, and AG100 RTWQM (Real Time Water Quality Monitoring), led by Adasa Sistemas S.A.U.
